THE FIXERS respects the privacy of its customers and in compliance with Regulation 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council hereby wishes to inform its customers about the way in which their personal data is processed.
1. What kind of personal data do we collect?
Full name, patronymic, contact information (home address, telephone number, e-mail), access code of the electronic and telecommunications equipment to be repaired.
We clarify that payment related information (credit card number, paypal information, bank account details) is not collected by THE FIXERS but directly from the payment service providers.
2. Who processes the personal data?
Personal data is collected by THE FIXERS and is not processed by others.
3. How is personal data collected?
Personal data is collected directly from the customer, through forms, applications, websites or in any other legal way.
4. Why do we process personal data?
Personal data is collected:
a) In the context of the execution of a contract for the sale of electronic and telecommunication equipment and accessories.
b) In the context of the execution of a contract for the provision of repair services for electronic and telecommunication equipment and parts of the customer.
c) In order to offer the customer a reward program.
d) In order to answer customer questions.
e) In order to send promotional communications.
5. How long do we keep personal data?
Personal data is kept for as long as we need it and for the purpose for which we keep it, to meet the needs of our customers or to comply with our legal obligations. To determine the retention period of personal data, we use the following criteria:
a) In the case of execution of a contract (sale, provision of services) we keep the personal data throughout the duration of the contractual relationship. We note that especially in the case of providing a guarantee of good operation of the goods sold and the services provided until the expiry of this period.
b) In case of questions from the customer, we keep the personal data for the entire time required to process the question.
c) In case of providing the customer’s consent for marketing communications, we keep the personal data until he unsubscribes or you request its deletion.
In any case we may retain some personal data to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, as well as to be able to administer your rights or for statistical or historical purposes.
When we no longer need to use the personal data, we delete it from our systems and files or anonymize it so that our customers can no longer be identified from it.
6. What rights does the customer have?
a) The customer has the right to receive clear, transparent and understandable information about the way we use personal data, a right which is satisfied by this Policy. In any case, for any questions or concerns, you can contact us by sending a message to the email address support@thefixers.gr or by sending a letter to the address KIFISIAS 373, NEA ERYTHRIA, PO Box 14671.
b) The customer has the right to request a copy of the personal data held by THEFIXERS.
c) The customer has the right to request that any inaccuracies in the personal data be corrected, if they are incorrect or no longer current and/or to complete them if they are not complete.
d) The customer has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning him, as long as they are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected.
e) The customer has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data when the processing is based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

7. How do we keep personal data secure?
THE FIXERS uses a variety of technical and organizational methods to secure the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable law. It is also committed to protecting and keeping the personal data of its customers safe, taking all reasonable precautions to this end. Finally, it makes every effort to protect the personal data of its customers and after receiving it uses strict security procedures to prevent any unauthorized access to it.
