Conditions for receipt of equipment

  1. The customer must provide THEFIXERS with the password of the device delivered for inspection/repair.
    In case the customer cannot or does not wish to provide the password of the device, the device cannot be checked, repaired and verified for proper operation upon delivery to the customer.
  2. The customer, before delivering the device to THEFIXERS, must make adequate and complete backups of its data.
    THEFIXERS is not responsible for the loss of data contained in the device during the performance of technical work by its technicians.
  3. THEFIXERS, during the performance of technical work by its technicians, does not bear any responsibility for the individual hardware components included in the device, both for those that are damaged and for those that are not damaged and do not require control/repair by THEFIXERS..
  4. The customer accepts that the device delivered to THEFIXERS is damaged and/or does not function normally. The description of damage herein is at the sole discretion of the customer.
  5. THEFIXERS cannot determine the full extent of the damage until after a technical inspection has been carried out. After the technical inspection has been carried out, it must inform the customer fully and adequately about the damage and any repair. THEFIXERS shall only carry out the repair after the customer’s approval. The customer accepts that if the device delivered to THEFIXERS is waterproof, after the repair is completed, this shall cease to apply.
  6. The customer expressly declares that the product delivered for inspection or repair or for any reason is not covered by warranty.
  7. If, despite the above statement by the customer, the product is accompanied by a warranty card, the warranty card automatically expires with the repair approval. In the event of any breach of the product warranty conditions during the diagnostic check or repair, THEFIXERS shall not be liable in any way, since the repair/check is carried out with the customer’s approval.
  8. The response time and the time of repair of the damage is not guaranteed, regardless of the fact of the signing or not of such a contract, since the repair of many damages depends on the response and repair time of the manufacturer or supplier of spare parts, but also on unexpected complications during the repair process. THEFIXERS is not liable for any delay and for the consequences that this may have for the customer.
  9. Although all the necessary security and fire protection measures have been taken (security shutters, guard rails, alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.) THEFIXERS is not responsible for the loss of data of the device or the device itself or part of it in case of burglary, theft, vandalism, fire or any natural disaster.
  10. THEFIXERS is not responsible for the transport of the product to and from the store. The safe packaging and transport of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
  11. For the receipt of the delivered device the customer must present to the store the copy of the Quantitative Receipt Form given to him upon delivery of the device to the store and show his identity card in order to verify the details of the owner of the device. In case the customer has authorized a third person to receive the goods, THEFIXERS will ask for the relevant authorization with the authentication of the customer’s signature.
  12. The non-receipt of the delivered device by the customer for three months after the end of the repair or notification of the impossibility of repair for any reason and the notification of receipt of the device by the store, is considered abandonment of the device. In this case THEFIXERS may either recycle the device or sell it to cover part of the repair and storage costs.
