One of the favorite features of Xiaomi’s smartphones is the battery capacity. Rewarding user preference in the Redmi series with a 4000mAh battery capacity, the company began to install 5000mAh capacity batteries in its new models.
In fact, according to leaks, Xiaomi has already designed a 6000mAh capacity battery that will be integrated into the next Redmi that will be released to the market. The information was obtained from the TENAA database where a smartphone with the model number M2010J19SC is located. Although not much information is revealed, one feature is enough to grab the attention of analysts. This is none other than the dimensions of the body of the device which are 162.29 x 77.24 x 9.6 mm with a weight of 198 grams. From this, they conclude that a 6000mAh battery would comfortably fit into this frame.
Aside from the leakage of the battery capacity, other tech Blogs report that the new Redmi will feature an IPS screen with 2340 × 1080 pixel resolution, an octa-core processor with a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz, a front 8MP camera, whilst the main sensor on the rear camera will have 48MP.
We look forward to the new release to see if the information will finally be verified!
