When the iPhone’s camera detects low light, it automatically turns on the night mode, which can sometimes become annoying. For this reason, below we provide a guide to disable the automatic night mode feature of the camera. It should be noted that Night Mode is available on iPhone 11 and later models, while the device must be running iOS 14 or a more recent version of the company’s software.

Starting off, launch your iPhone’s Camera application and click on the Night Mode icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. Above the shutter button, the Night Mode control wheel will appear. Turning the control wheel to the left, you can disable the night mode.

To store this action as a permanent one every time you open your camera, you need to adjust it from the Settings application. Scrolling down, in the Camera option you will select Preserve Settings and activate the switch for the Night Mode.

Closing the settings app, you can now take beautiful photos in low light without the night mode of your camera automatically activating. For any advice, tips or suggestions, visit TheFixers’ blog daily.
