Apple is preparing the new Beats Studio Pro headphones, as revealed by the code found in the candidate version of macOS Ventura 13.4.
The headphones appear to have a model number A2924, which differs from the model numbers for the upcoming Beats Studio Buds+. The name Beats Studio Pro was spotted by @aaronp613.

Based on the name, the Beats Studio Pro will be a new version of today’s Beats Studio3 headphones. New headphones with the Beats name have not been released since 2017.
Apple seems to be developing the Beats Studio Pro headphones in collaboration with Samuel Ross of A-Cold-Wall. The design appears to be largely identical to the Beats Studio3 headphones, but Apple will probably add improvements on the inside, in order to justify the Pro name.
The most likely scenario is to incorporate a new chip designed by Apple along with improved Active Noise Cancellation and the addition of Transparency Mode. The company also plans to add “Hey Siri” support.
