Samsung is expected to present the new Galaxy S24 series on January 17, and a new leak showed the alleged Galaxy S24 Ultra in silver color.
The photo, published by Twitter user @OnLeaks, shows the S24 Ultra with a flat screen and back. The device also has a camera with four flashes and a hole for the selfie camera in the center of the screen.
The S24 Ultra will also have a titanium frame, which is more durable than the aluminum used in the S23 Ultra. The frame will be available in three colors: silver, black and gold.
The special Samsung presentation event will take place in San Jose, California. Pre-orders are expected to start immediately afterwards, while the first shipments are to arrive a week later.
Possible features of the Galaxy S24 Ultra
Besides the flat screen and the titanium frame, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to have the following capabilities:
- 6.8 inch AMOLED screen with 3,088 x 1,440 pixel resolution
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor
- 12/16/18 GB RAM
- 256/512/1.024 GB of storage space
- Rear camera with four flashes, 200MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom and 10MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom
- Front camera 40MP
- Battery 5,000 mAh with support for 45W fast charging
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to be a powerful device with many capabilities. It will be interesting to see if the flat screen and the titanium frame are successful additions.
