Samsung officially announced the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, its new flagship for 2024. Its features make it an impressive smartphone with artificial intelligence features, promising to facilitate our daily life.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X technology display with QHD+ resolution and a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. This screen is also equipped with LTPO 3.0 technology and dynamic refresh rate adjustment from 1Hz to 120Hz, offering exceptionally bright images.
Inside, the phone hosts the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor from TSMC, with increased performance and efficiency, as well as the Adreno GPU for excellent gaming performance, especially in games with ray tracing.
In the photography sector, the phone features a 200MP primary camera with optical stabilization, a 50MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. Video capabilities include filming in 8K@24/30fps, 4K@30/60/120fps and 1080p at various frames per second. In addition, the phone offers enhanced low-light shooting with Nightography mode.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra incorporates titanium in its construction for increased durability. The 5000mAh battery supports 45W charging and 15W wireless charging, as well as reverse wireless charging for accessories.
The phone offers a flat screen with small bezels to maximize the working surface. The side frame maintains a slight curvature for better grip and ergonomics.
Also, the phone incorporates a plethora of AI features, such as the Circle to Search for easy object search in photos, Samsung Notes with Note Assist function that offers note summaries and translations, as well as real-time translation during voice calls.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will be available in the colors Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow. The Samsung Galaxy S24 starts from 1499 euros for the version with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage space. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage space will be available for 1619 euros. Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 1TB of storage space will be available for 1859 euros.
