Once you are transferred to the secure environment of tbi bank, you will be asked to fill in
your personal details:
For purchases with 4 interest-free installments:
Verify your identity and a debit card for the first payment
For purchases with interest financing (3 – 60 monthly payments):
Login to gov.gr using your TaxisNet credentials for automatic income verification, ands then verify your identity



Can I pay more than one installment per month if I
want to?

If you wish, you can repay all or part of your financing at any time at no additional cost.

Can I use tbi bank for business purchases?

The tbi bank payment plan is not available as a payment method for purchases that
require an invoice.

What happens if my application gets rejected?

Each application undergoes an automated, real-time eligibility assessment based
on available data, so a rejection does not mean that future applications will be
rejected.
In the event of a rejection, you may contact tbi
bank customer service for further
details.

How can I pay my installments?

It is very simple!
You can repay your installments by downloading the tbi
& Android app.

When will I know if my application has been approved?

The assessment is performed once all the necessary information has been filled in.
Approval is immediate for the 4 interest-free installments, while it may take a little
longer for the larger amounts with interest financing. Don’t worry, you will receive a
notification from tbi bank as soon as you are approved.
Once the financing agreement has been signed, your order will be registered, and the
products will be with you shortly.
