Please pack your device carefully, in such a way that it is safe from impact during transport. Use paper, protective air cells, or better yet, the original packaging, if available. Then deliver the device to the carrier.

As soon as we receive the device, we will check it and make the relevant diagnosis immediately. However, before we proceed with the repair, we will fully inform you about the exact time and cost of the repair, in order to obtain the necessary approval from you.

Repair

Your device will be repaired & sent to you within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the device**. If you do not wish to proceed with the repair you will only be charged with the minimum cost of packaging and shipping which is 10 euros.

Retrieval

You receive your device from the Courier at your door. You pay either the amount we have agreed for the repair, or the minimum cost of packaging and shipping (10 euros). If you wish to pay cash on delivery, you will also be charged with the cost of cash on delivery which is 5 euros.

*Excludes inaccessible areas outside the ACS network, as well as parcels over 2 kilos for which there will be a charge proportional to the weight. ** Excludes : time-consuming damages such as water, etc. that may take several days, as well as damages that require ordering a spare part to repair.
