Responsibilities
- Performs technical diagnostic testing for incoming devices.
- Seeks and proposes solutions to the customer.
- Undertakes the solution of the problem end to end in consultation with the client.
The FIXERS team is dedicated to providing top quality repair, maintenance and upgrade services. Therefore, we are looking for executives with:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Excellent ability to test, diagnose and troubleshoot laptop/smartphones/tablets.
- Very good knowledge of repairing APPLE products (iPhone,iPad).
- Knowledge and fluency in disassembling/assembling an appliance and replacing one or more parts.
- Good communication with a customer with courtesy, friendliness and consistency.
