How can I claim my free beach towel?
Have you made a purchase of at least €50 through one of our resellers, online or in-store? Then go to the campaign page https://freshnrebel.com/gr/beachtowel/, fill in the form and upload a copy of your proof of purchase. We’ll send you your beach towel for free!
If I bought at least €50 worth of Fresh ‘n Rebel products from a reseller in-store or online, by when can I claim my free beach towel?
The page where you can claim the beach towel will remain online after the end of the campaign (17-07-2022). You have until 31-07-2022 to claim your Beach Towel.
I bought Fresh ‘n Rebel products at 2 different times during the campaign period (from 16-05-2022 to 17-07-2022), with a total value of at least 50€. So I have 2 receipts. Am I entitled to the free beach towel?
Unfortunately not. The purchase amount must be at least 50€ at a time per order.
After I filled in the form to claim the free beach towel, I did not receive a confirmation. Did it go well?
After submitting your details, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered. Didn’t you receive it? Contact our Customer Service team at helpme@freshnrebel.com or via our social media channels so they can help you.
I lost my receipt, can I also use the transaction copy of my bank account to request a free beach towel?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Without proof of purchase, we have very little information and with only a copy of a bank statement, we cannot find out what products you have purchased. So don’t lose your receipt! Did you make an online purchase at one of our resellers? Then your order confirmation/invoice is your proof of purchase.
If I buy €100 worth of Fresh ‘n Rebel products, how many beach towels will I get?
This offer means that by spending at least €50 on Fresh ‘n Rebel products, you receive a free beach towel with a maximum of 1 beach towel per order. If you like the Beach Towel as much as we do, you can always order it in the online shop. But… only while stocks last!
