Samsung is expected to launch the new Samsung Galaxy A series in early 2021. These are the Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s smartphones, which have a large screen and large battery capacity, and are aimed at the entry-level audience.
Their main features are the 6.5’’ TFT HD+ Infinity-V display and the 5000mAh battery with 15W charger. The Samsung Galaxy A12 comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor, 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM memory, 64GB/128GB storage space (expandable with microSD), a quad camera 48MP f/2.0 + 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide + 2MP f/2.4 macro + 2MP f/2.4 depth, a front camera 8MP f/2.2, and a side fingerprint sensor. It is expected to be released in early 2021 in four different shades: white, black, blue, and red.
The Samsung Galaxy A02s features an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, 3GB RAM memory, 32GB storage space (expandable with microSD), a triple camera 13MP f/2.0 + 2MP f/2.4 macro + 2MP f/2.4 depth, and a front camera 5MP f/2.2. This model does not have a fingerprint sensor and the charging port is microUSB.
We need to wait until February when it will be released in the market in white and black colors. The models of the Samsung Galaxy A series are quite affordable, with the Samsung Galaxy A12 costing €179 (64GB) and €199 (128GB). Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy A02s costs €149.
