The American Customer Satisfaction Index presents the results of its survey!
Users of Samsung Galaxy devices claim to be significantly more satisfied compared to Apple device users, based on the results of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey. As it emerges from the survey, titled 2020-2021 ACSI Wireless Phone Service and Cell Phone, consumers in the US believe that the five best smartphone models are made by Samsung.
With Samsung achieving an ASCI score of 81, it manages to surpass its competitors, most notably Apple. The survey proves that the Samsung Galaxy S10+, Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, Samsung Galaxy S20+ are leading the smartphone score table, while the Galaxy S20, Galaxy A20 and Galaxy S10 also record equally high scores.
