2022 is coming to an end and the attention of “tech maniacs” is now turning to the announcements of new mobile phones in 2023. The most recent leak – which is particularly potent – is for the Xiaomi 13 Pro!
The latest flagship of Xiaomi, the 12T Pro, was announced just a month ago, but that does not mean that the company is not already preparing its next move. And the information that has recently become public, gives us almost a complete picture of what we should expect.
What do we know so far about the Xiaomi 13 Pro
According to data engineering consultant Yogesh Brar, the chip that will be at the heart of the new Xiaomi 13 Pro, will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This is said to be combined with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM depending on the configuration chosen, while the storage space will range from 128GB to 512GB.
As for charging, Brar says we should expect a 4,800mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
Camera and Screen
On the back of the phone, a main 50 megapixel camera will be flanked by a ultra-wide camera, also 50 megapixels, while another 50 megapixel sensor will take on… telephoto duties. A 32 megapixel front camera will be ideal for selfies, while a Surge C2 chip will be incorporated for image processing.
Regarding the screen, Brar revealed that it will be a 6.7-inch 2K with support for a dynamic refresh rate through LPTO technology.
