The Xiaomi 13 series is expected to make its debut shortly with two models, a base and a pro. However, later, an Ultra variant will be presented, the camera of which is expected to be impressive!
More specifically, the new Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have four lenses on the rear camera unit, but the main sensor (Sony IMX989) will remain at one inch, like the 12S Ultra. There should be hyper stabilization that simulates the gimbal effect. All lenses will have PDAF and dTOF technology. Other details are currently unknown.
When is the debut estimated
We expect a debut on Chinese New Year, as the company has not yet unveiled the top duo of the series, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. The event to present these devices was scheduled for December 1, but was postponed for a later date after the death of the former leader of the Chinese Communist Party, Jiang Zemin.
For now, the series will include two models: a base and a Pro both will come with E6 AMOLED screens with ultra-thin bezels. It will have a metal frame and cameras with the Leica brand. The Pro version will have a one-inch 50 Megapixel sensor from Sony (obviously, it will be the IMX989). Inside, we will find the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor from Qualcomm with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage space
