OnePlus 11: Impressive concept with a water cooling system

OnePlus 11: Εντυπωσιακό concept με σύστημα υδρόψυξης |

OnePlus presented a concept version of its latest flagship, which is unlikely to enter mass production.

Although this specific version is unlikely to enter mass production at this stage, it could influence the design of future smartphones.

What makes the OnePlus 11 Active CryoFlux stand out is the fact that it incorporates a new water cooling system inspired by those we are used to seeing in gaming PCs.

Underneath the impressive back of the device is a ceramic piezoelectric microvalve that takes up 0.2cm2 space and is responsible for directing the cooling fluid through the channels that permeate the processor and other components.

The lines discerned at the back are not just decorative, but theoretically would show the user in real-time the operation of the water cooling system.

The system’s advantages

According to OnePlus, the new system reduces temperature by 2.1°C more than today’s, resulting in better device performance, faster charging, and a gamer enjoying stable high frame rates in gaming.

In addition to the cooling system, OnePlus’s concept also includes a special metal alloy coating for even better grip.

We have yet to see if OnePlus or any other manufacturer will implement something like this in a commercially available smartphone.
