- What kind of personal data do we collect?
A. Data from transactions through THEFIXERS physical stores
Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address (email), access code of the electronic and telecommunication equipment to be repaired, serial number of the electronic and telecommunication equipment to be repaired, file data delivered by the customer in case of transfer from one of the customer’s devices to another at his behest.
B. Data from transactions through THEFIXERS online store
First name, last name, phone number, email address, purchase history, products added to or removed from the customers’ cart, list of products they wish to buy (wish list).

Notes from conversations with THEFIXERS (when and how you contacted customers, complaints, details of damage to electronic and telecommunications equipment to be repaired), CCTV image and audio recording during physical store visit, social media username networking, comments and reviews on social media, educational information (education, skills, work experience) in case of applying for a job.
We clarify that payment related information (credit card number, paypal information, bank account details) is not collected by THEFIXERS but directly from the payment service providers.

b) In the context of the execution of a contract for the provision of repair services for electronic and telecommunication equipment and components of the customer.
c) In the context of the execution of a service contract for the transfer of data files, delivered by the customer, from one device of the customer to another as indicated by the customer.
d) In the context of creating a user account (user account).
e) In order to answer customer questions.
f) In order to deliver the products purchased by the customer through THEFIXERS online store.

- In case of provision of file data transfer services, delivered by the customer, from one device of the customer to another as indicated by the customer until the completion of the data transfer. After the transfer is complete the data is deleted.
b) In case of questions from the customer, we keep the personal data for the entire time required to process the question.
c) In case of providing the customer’s consent for marketing communications, we keep the personal data until he unsubscribes or you request its deletion.
In any case we may retain some personal data to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, as well as to be able to administer your rights or for statistical or historical purposes.
When we no longer need to use the personal data, we delete it from our systems and files or anonymize it so that our customers can no longer be identified from it.
