An unwanted charge is something all iPhone users definitely need to avoid this month, and for this reason, they are being urged to check a setting on their device.
Apple devices offer users instant access to a huge range of apps that cover every need, from news and wellness services to games and entertainment.
And while many of these apps are completely free, others are free only for a period of time. After this period, the user is given the option to pay in order to continue to have it on their mobile.
iPhone: Check your device for apps that charge you
In order not to be charged a subscription without knowing it or because you forgot to unsubscribe from the app, you need to do a little check on your device.
The steps you need to follow are as follows:
- Click on the Settings icon
- Select your profile
- Click on “Subscription Options” in the menu: Here you will see the full list of services and in-app purchases that you have subscribed to.
- From there, you can press and cancel all the services you do not use or do not want to pay for. You will continue to have access to the app until the new charge date, but you will not be charged on next month’s account.
