Samsung is battling with Huawei with the Galaxy S21 as its sword

The rumors that Samsung is leaning towards launching the Galaxy S21 earlier, and specifically a month earlier, that is, in January 2021 instead of February, are increasing. In fact, the new smartphone is expected to be available in stores in March. According to Reuters, the company changed its policy in order to manage to take a share from its main competitor, which is none other than Huawei.

The Galaxy S21 flagships will hit the shelves earlier, filling the gap of the iPhone 12, which also delayed their release by a whole month. This fact skyrocketed Samsung to the top of the US market. It is worth noting that it’s the first time it reaches the first place in history.

Of course, we must also take into account the fact that Huawei has surpassed Samsung in device availability. However, the restrictions it faced did not allow it to achieve that top position. Based on new political developments and the election of Biden to the US presidency, analysts estimate that US-China relations will be smoothed out, however, everything is still fluid.
