In most countries around the world, the number 13 is associated with bad luck. Even the biggest companies in the global industry do…skip the jinxed number, something that Apple might adopt as well. Thus, the upcoming model of iPhone might not be the iPhone 13 but the iPhone 12S.
Something similar had happened in the past when the company, skipped the iPhone 9 and released the anniversary model iPhone X, to mark the 10th anniversary of the first iPhone release. Rumors might not be true if one considers that Apple has released series with the number 13 in the past, such as the A13 Bionic chip and the iOS 13.
This means that the iPhone 13 will normally be released on the shelves at the end of the year. The new iPhone 13 or iPhone 12S will be revealed at the event traditionally held by Apple every September. The only certainty is that thanks to its updated features, only the lucky ones will get to purchase it.
