Apple comes to put an end to the problem of memorizing the password of electronic devices and frees our hands.

If you often forget your mobile phone password or another electronic device, if you have an iPad and you have forgotten the password, Apple gives you the solution.

How many times can’t you remember the password you have set, or have you repeatedly entered the wrong password, causing your iPad to be disabled? Below you can find two very easy ways to unlock it, without stress.

The only drawback of this process is that you have to reset your iPad to factory settings, however, you can retrieve a recent backup via iTunes. BusinessInsider reports that the following process will delete all of the iPad data and password, resulting in you being able to unlock it and retrieve your data from a backup. That’s why we recommend creating one often! Here is the procedure:

  1. Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPad with a compatible USB cable.
  2. Enter the iPad into recovery mode as follows:

-If your iPad has face recognition, quickly press the volume up or volume down button and finally press the power button until the iPad recovery operation screen appears.

-In case your iPad has a Home button, pressing both the Home and Power buttons simultaneously will bring up the recovery operation screen.

3. Your computer will display a message regarding an iPad problem. At this point, click on the “Restore” option.
