One step closer to the release of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4/Z Flip 4

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4/Z Flip 4 | TheFixers

Sooner than expected, the new foldable smartphones from Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Flip 4 will make their appearance.

The company has repeatedly stressed that the development of its foldable devices is a priority for them, that’s why they are moving forward with the production of the new models at a fast pace.

Based on new information then, the two devices will enter the final stage of production in mid-June. By the end of the year, a total of 10 million units are expected to be manufactured. It is said that 70% of these will concern the Flip series, while 30% the Fold series. For real production estimates however, we will have to wait until July.

By the end of July, they are likely to begin being available to the general public. To meet these schedules, Samsung has mobilized 10 production lines in Vietnam, instead of the 7 it had so far.

Based on the first images of the Galaxy Z Fold 4, we see that the new foldable smartphone will have a triple 50MP central camera, dimensions 155x130x7.1mm when folded and 158.2×128.1×6.4mm when unfolded, and a 120 Hz OLED screen. It will also have a metal frame, stereo speakers on the top and bottom of it, and a USB Type-C port.

From what the renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 4, that have leaked so far, show us, the new foldable smartphone seems to resemble its predecessor quite a bit, having a 6.7-inch screen and similar design. Inside, it will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor.
