How it works
Free shipping via courier
For packages under 2 kg, you are not charged for shipping¹. Carefully package the device, ideally in its original packaging. For packages over 2 kg, please contact us for the cost.
Collection and diagnosis
We check your device promptly and inform you of the time required and the cost before any repair. If you do not approve the repair, you are charged only 10€ for the inspection and return.
Repair in 24 hours
Once you give the green light, our certified technicians repair the device within 24 hours².
Returns like new
In a few days, your device will be back in your hands³. Payment by bank transfer (no shipping costs) or cash on delivery (+€5).
¹ For packages over 2 kg, there are shipping costs from the courier. Please inform us before sending.
² For serious damages, such as water damage or extensive destruction, the repair may take longer than 24 hours.
³ In inaccessible areas or outside the ACS network, there may be delays in collection and delivery.
