Xiaomi recently faced an operational problem with its Mi A3 models. The malfunction affected some Mi A3 headphones, but the company rushed to correct it immediately. Despite the quick reflexes, however, Mi A3 users are not at all satisfied with their experience as they are required to deal with recurring errors every time they download new software updates on their smartphone.
The problem now was that the new update caused a malfunction in the dual SIM. This was followed by a series of updates that attempted to correct the various problems in time, but caused frustration for users.
In an effort to apologize, Xiaomi made a related statement admitting the problem caused by the new software updates. To fix the dual SIM issue, it proceeded with a new update, V11.0.17.0.QFQMIXM. The latest version includes the complete set of Android security updates and removes the Telcel boot graphic and similar applications. According to unconfirmed information, this new version does not have Google certification, which could prove fatal for Xiaomi, who now has to face the dissatisfaction of fans for the repeated problems.
