- First, disconnect the charger from the tablet
- Press the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time for half a minute
- Then, while continuing to press the two buttons, connect the tablet with the charger
- Continue pressing the Power and Volume for another 30 seconds
After this test, your tablet should start charging normally, if it does not have any other problem.
