Your iPhone screen is vulnerable to external damage. A drop from any height can leave the screen cracked or even shattered. A protective film or tempered glass screen protector is a good option, but it does not always provide enough protection. If your screen breaks, the damage is immediately visible. If it malfunctions, some of the tell-tale signs include:
- The touchscreen does not respond to touch
- The brightness is very low
- Apps open and close on their own
- Shadows or marks appear on the screen
If you notice one or more of these signs, you should visit one of our experienced technicians at our stores who can determine whether your iPhone screen can be repaired or needs replacing.
Depending on the damage to your phone, the outer touchscreen, the internal display or even both may need replacing.
