2022 is drawing to a close, and tech «fanatics» are now turning their attention to the new mobile phone announcements coming in 2023. The latest leak – and a particularly… substantial one – concerns the Xiaomi 13 Pro!
Xiaomi's latest flagship, the 12T Pro, was announced just a month ago, but that doesn't mean the company isn't already preparing its next move. And the information that recently came to light gives us an almost complete picture of what to expect.
What we know so far about the Xiaomi 13 Pro
According to data engineering consultant Yogesh Brar, the chip at the heart of the new Xiaomi 13 Pro will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This will reportedly be paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, depending on the configuration chosen, while storage will range from 128GB to 512GB.

As for charging, Brar says we should expect a 4.800mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
Camera and display
On the back of the phone, a 50 megapixel main camera will be joined by an ultra-wide camera, also 50 megapixel, while another 50 megapixel sensor will take on… telephoto duties. A 32 megapixel front camera will be ideal for selfies, while a Surge C2 chip will be included for image processing.
As for the display, Brar revealed that it will be a 6,7-inch 2K panel with support for a dynamic refresh rate through LPTO technology.
